Simply compile a list of numbers your employees wish to identify
to you as personal. Enter the list into the easy to
use do not record file on the call logger server console
and save. Anytime the call monitoring system matches the caller
ID of an inbound call; or, it gets a match on a dialed outbound
number with any number on the do not record list, the
call logger server simply will not record the conversation.
Employers can now implement a flexible call recording/monitoring
program within their organization, while at the same time respecting
the employees right to privacy with regards to the recording
of personal calls during company time, conducted on corporately
owned communications systems.
