Simply compile a list of numbers your employees wish to identify to you as “personal”. Enter the list into the easy to use “do not record” file on the call logger server console and save. Anytime the call monitoring system matches the caller ID of an inbound call; or, it gets a match on a dialed outbound number with any number on the “do not record” list, the call logger server simply will not record the conversation.
