VoiceGate Corporation and CriSys Limited today announced a strategic partnership to bring VoiceGate's Emergency e-Response Mass Notification Dialer technology to CriSys' Xpert Fire Computer-Aided Dispatch system.
VoiceGate’s Emergency e-Response mass-message notification system is designed to open industry standards and is capable of delivering messages to thousands of people simultaneously, on multiple devices: phone, cell phone, answering machine, voice mail, fax, SMS, pager, or any internet ready device.
The Emergency e-Response is an Emergency Notification/Business Continuity Planning tool built to Police and Military specifications and is capable of supporting GIS-based automated notification campaigns. This feature is a critical component when managing emergencies within municipality, campus, city, state and federal settings. Geographic target areas can be selected on a mapped area and the system will call and certify delivery of messages to any phone, pager, cell phone, PDA, e-mail address, loud speaker or Giant Voice system located within that area where presence can be established.
CriSys Limited’s Xpert Fire, Xpert Police, Xpert EMS and Xpert Disaster systems facilitate the ability to plan and manage emergencies for municipalities, universities, state and federal government and corporations. The Xpert systems provide Police forces, Fire-Rescue services and EMS agencies with a complete set of tools for call processing, unit dispatch and incident management, as well as personnel management (including duty scheduling), pre-incident data management, and equipment and supplies management.
