VoiceGate ICS

Based on the feedback we’ve been receiving, VoiceGate’s NT platform has been a hit! Using our award winning, user friendly DOS-based platform as a sound foundation, our WINDOWS 2000 offering is robust, yet easy to program. It is available in two configurations, the VoiceGate ICS and the ICS LITE (for Norstar). Integrating with most popular telephone systems available in the marketplace today, we expect the ICS to open new doors for our dealers.

The NT-based ICS platform will also lead to the introduction of many exciting features that capitalize on the inherent benefits of WINDOWS 2000. Already under development are features such as Desktop Messaging, PMS Integration, Call Accounting, Fax Mail and Speech Recognition. These features will make the ICS powerful additions to the VoiceGate family of products.

VoiceGate on the Move!
In order to accommodate our growing needs, VoiceGate will be relocating. As of September 30, 2000, VoiceGate’s head office will be at:

The Sales & Technical Support telephone numbers will remain the same. This new office (three times the size of our current one) is located just a stone’s throw from our present location. It will provide us with much needed office, lab and warehouse space, imperative to expanding our sales force along with the addition of new programmers and technicians. We look forward to serving you from our new location for years to come. (With your continued support we hope it will not be that long and we will have to move again!).

New Technical Support Program
In order to serve our dealers better, VoiceGate will soon be assigning Technical Support Identification numbers to all active Dealers. A dealer must have a signed Dealer Agreement in order to receive a Technical Support Identification Number. This number must be provided on each and every call to VoiceGate’s Technical Team, along with the key number of the system in question. Details will follow shortly.
