VoiceGate was proud to unveil its Call
Alert Wireless at the Communications Solutions
Expo in Las Vegas last month. Lets face it, some calls are
more important than others. Some calls you are willing to drop everything
to take, while others can wait until you have the time to deal with
them. Some calls you may not even want at all! Call
Alert Wireless allows you to make an informed decision as to
whether you are in a position to take the time to talk on the phone.
If you want the call, simply go to any phone and pick it up; or,
you may decide to let the call forward to voice mail and deal with
it at a later time.
Heres how it works . . .
You are notified via wireless pager who is on the while Call
Alert Wireless holds the caller. This gives you time to pick
it up from any remote extension. Once you receive the wireless text
message giving you information on who initiated the call, Call
Alert Wireless holds the caller for a predetermined period of
time (this is definable). After the timer expires, Call
Alert Wireless transfers the call to your extension. When the
call is ringing at your extension, you can pick it up there or from
any other phone in your facility. If you dont pick up the
call, it simply forwards to your voice mailbox and the caller is
prompted to leave a message. Call
Alert Wireless then sends you another wireless page telling
you that there is a message, from what number & name (if available).

VoiceGate WAV
Another new addition to the VoiceGate family of products is the
VoiceGate Wav.
The VoiceGate Wav
provides your customer an opportunity to play informative messages
about their company when callers are put on hold, rather than forcing
them to listen to canned music, silence or the radio (where they
take the chance of competitors advertisements playing!). The VoiceGate
Wav even redefines basic message on hold. How? By allowing up
to three different messages per day for a total of 21 different
messages! As a standard feature of the VoiceGate
ICS, it eliminates the need for purchasing external message
on hold solutions. This increases the value of the system both by
saving the customer money, and by reducing the number of different
products they use. The Wav will surely make a welcome addition to
your product .
